Styxreonox offers a 30-day return policy for desk organizers purchased directly from us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and reason for return
Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
Package the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item back to our address
Once we receive and inspect your returned desk organizer, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or defective desk organizer, please contact Styxreonox immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
